By purchasing our products you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Cute As A Canvas reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Shipping- Postage & Handling - Australia wide
Most products ship within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated on their respective product pages or below.
Canvases: Free standard delivery on canvases Australia wide. Plus free delivery with any product ordered with a canvas.
All our postage and handling Australia wide is calculated by weight. Postage will show in paypal before payment is made.
As our canvases are made on a ‘made to order basis’, please allow 11-13 business days for delivery. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery is by courier. Please supply a delivery address where someone is available to receive the goods, can be home or work. If no-one is available goods will be left at the door. Cute As A Canvas takes no responsibility for products left unattended.
International Shipping
Please contact us prior to checkout for the correct postage rates outside of Australia. Please be aware that our canvases are stretched on wooden frames. Some countries have strict quarantine laws and do not allow wooden products to pass through customs. Please check with your local authorities prior to purchasing as no refund will be given by Cute As A Canvas for goods not allowed into the country. We do however offer our International Customers the opportunity to purchase our canvases without being stretched (framed), giving you the opportunity to have them stretched (framed) locally.
Downloadable Products
All downloadable files are in .PDF format. By purchasing one of our downloadable products you understand that no printed items will be posted to you. All downloadable products are protected by copyright laws. You may only use them for personal use. They are not for commercial use* DO NOT re-distribute, copy or change our downloadable products in any way. Mass production, file sharing and commercial use of our downloadable products is NOT allowed. By purchasing our downloadable products you agree to the terms and conditions. *Please contact us if you are a school.
Christmas Lay-by Terms and Conditions
1. Lay-by is only available on Personalised Canvases and Canvas Prints.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to place and secure your lay-by.
3. All lay-bys must be payed in full by the 1st December 2011. This gives us the time needed to print and deliver them to you before Christmas.
4. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas if you finalise your payment after the 1st December 2011.
5. Canvases will not be sent out until full payment has been received.
6. Printing will begin once the entire lay-by has been payed.
7. Fortnightly payments are preferred.
8. Individual items may not be separated from the lay-by.
9. Your final payment must be received by the due date, 1st December 2011.
10. Cancellation - Canvases can not be exchanged or refunded after the lay-by has been paid in full. There is no cancellation under any circumstances after final payment has been received. This is due to the printing process already beginning. If you decide to cancel your lay-by before finalising payment, please email our Sales Team with your invoice number prior to the due date. All monies will be refunded the same way they were paid minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
11. For personalised canvases, please double check the spelling of the name going on the canvas. No refund will be given for incorrect spelling or changing ones mind.
12. For canvas prints, please read the "Do Follow Terms" on the canvas prints page.
13. Please ensure to let us know if you change your address throughout the term of the lay-by.
14. Fortnightly payments are preferred.
How To Lay-by
If you agree to our Terms and Conditions please email our Sales Team with your name, address and contact number. For Personalised Canvases please email us the name of the design/s you would like, the name (if applicable) to go on the canvas and the quantity. For Canvas Prints please email us with the size/s you would like, the quantity and the photo/s you would like printed. Please read through the Canvas Prints "Do Follow Terms" for a guideline on choosing the right photo to be printed on canvas.
By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions. We will email you an invoice for the full amount but only a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your lay-by. You can pay by Direct Deposit or Paypal, all details will be on the invoice. Payments may be made throughout the duration of the lay-by (fortnightly is preferred). Please send us an email when you make payments so we can record it on your invoice. We will send 2 reminder emails throughout the term of the lay-by.

Payments
Payments are made through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit card to purchase. Please note if you send an e-cheque ie use money from your personal account via Paypal, this takes longer, usually 3 - 5 days and your purchase will be sent once payment is cleared.
Refunds & Exchanges
At Cute As A Canvas, every order is double checked before dispatch. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it can be returned for a refund or exchange when contact is made within 7 days of your order being received. The goods must be in their original condition. The refund will be minus the postage and handling charges & the buyer pays for the return postage. At Cute As A Canvas we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will do everything we can to ensure it, however, refunds and exchanges are always at our discretion. Please ensure that you spell the name correctly on your order as no refund or exchange will be given for incorrect spelling.
Please note that the colours of the artwork may appear different on your computer monitor due to different screen settings and resolution settings from computer to computer. There may be a colour variance when ordering the finished product.

At Cute As A Canvas you can shop with confidence 24/7. We want to be able to help you and answer all of your questions. Our “Office Hours” are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm AEST. If you have a query outside of our office hours please leave a message and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

All designs, artwork, photos, images, logos and content on this website are protected by Copyright Laws. Reproduction of any of these without prior written consent is prohibited by law.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us at Cute As A Canvas. We will never sell, disclose or exchange your information to a third party unless we have your permission or are requested to by a court of law.
By placing an order at Cute As A Canvas, you authorise us to add your email address to our mailing list for the purpose of sending you store emails informing you about new products, sales and promotions. If at any time you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please click the unsubscribe link within the newsletter.
