Q. What are your postage and handling rates?

Q. Can I put my child’s name on the canvas?
A. Of course you can! Please keep in mind different length names will impact the size of the lettering.

Q. How do I inform you of what name I’d like on the canvas?
A. On each Canvas page, there will be an input box provided to enter the name. Please double check the spelling as we do not refund or exchange for incorrect spelling. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Q. Can I put more than one name on a canvas?
A. Our canvases are designed for one name per canvas.

Q. Do I have to put a name on a canvas?
A. No. Some customers like to decorate their family rooms, playrooms and even hallways with our artwork alone. Prices remain the same.

Q. Do they come ready to hang?
A. Yes. All our canvases come with a thin cord attached to the back making it easy to hang on any hook. Please make sure you hang your artwork securely on the wall. If you are unable to hang on a wall our canvases look great on a bookshelf or bedside table.

Q. How can I clean my canvas?
A. For general cleaning, simply wipe over with a damp cloth.

Q. Can you make a new design for me?
A. Yes we can. We offer a customised service. Prices start from $99 and depends on the detail and complexity of the design. Please email us with as much information about what you would like and we will get back to you with a quote. Please note: Customised canvases require a 50% non-refundable deposit before designing begins and the remaining is due prior to printing. Please also note due to Copyright Laws, we cannot reproduce copyrighted characters or trademark logos of other companies.
